瞿英

瞿英，1973年生，博士，河北科技大学教授，管理科学与工程、应用经济学、物流工程硕士导师，2009年毕业于北京理工大学管理与经济学院，获管理学博士学位。

近年来主要从事风险管理、决策理论与方法、知识管理等方面的应用研究，曾主持国家自然基金项目1项，先后主持了河北省自然基金项目、河北省科技厅及教育厅科技支撑计划6项，获得省部级科技进步三等奖两项。在《Advance in Information Sciences and Service Sciences》、《ICIC Express Letters, Part B：applications》、《International Journal of Security and Its Applications》、《International Journal of Modelling Identification and Control》、《Communications in Computer and Information Science》、《计算机科学》、《科学学与科学技术管理》等重要期刊和大型国际会议上发表与本项目有关的学术论文100余篇，其中20余篇被EI、CSSCI、CSCD等收录。
